PURPOSE: A blue-buoyant belt water wheel is provided to mutually connect an upper and a lower rotary shaft with multiple buoyant barrels connected to one another like a chain belt, thereby producing electricity by rotating the rotary shafts with the buoyant barrels floating up to the surface of water. CONSTITUTION: A blue-buoyant belt water wheel has an upper and a lower rotary shaft(Y1,Y2). Cylinders(DP) are respectively mounted on the shafts which are mutually separated up and down at a certain distance. Buoyant barrels(D) connected to one another like a chain belt are wound on the cylinders, and rotates in order to rotate the shafts. The buoyant barrels float up to the surface of water so that the buoyant energy of the buoyant barrels submerged in the water is converted into electric energy.
