PURPOSE: A real-time indexer based data collecting and searching system and a data searching and collecting method are provided to improve a searching speed by indexing or collecting data based on a unit chain tier. CONSTITUTION: A real-time indexing engine(21) collects data from tiers in real time, indexes the data, generates indexer information in real time, and stores the data and the indexer information. A real-time dashboard engine(230) implements a real-time dashboard which reflects the real-time indexer information. A real-time report engine(24) generates an analysis report which reflects the real-time indexer information. The real-time indexing engine comprises a data agent and a data director.
