RUBBER-BASED FOAM COMPOUNDS FOR SHOES INSOLE

PURPOSE: A rubber-based foam composition is provided to be environmental friendly, and to improve production efficiency by being fit by foot pressure of a wearer at room temperature without a separate heat-treatment process. CONSTITUTION: A rubber-based foam composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a mixed substrate mixed of rubber and polylactic acid; 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; 2-15 parts by weight of a foaming agent; 1-5 parts by weight of metal oxide; 1-2 parts by weight of stearic acid; 1-15 parts by weight of filler; and 1-10 parts by weight of a tackifier. The rubber is one or a mixture of two more selected from isoprene rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene-based copolymer, or nitrile rubber.
