The device has distant and close vision testing unit obtaining respective best corrected value for distant and additional refracting power of a patient eye. A microcomputer section (30) computes two prescribed values based on respective corrected values. A correcting optical system corrects the corrected values and one of the prescribed values. The section computes a corrected prescribed value on the basis of the correction result. |
