CIRCULAR THICKER SEDIMENTATION TANK

PURPOSE: A circular settling basin is provided to deliver a diffusion ability to the edge of the circular basin by improving the existing diffusion part and strengthening the diffusion ability of discharged sludge and to improve sedimentation efficiency by maximizing the sedimentation length and the separation ability about micro sludge at the same time by floating and settling the discharged sludge again while the sedimentation sludge remains. CONSTITUTION: A circular settling basin includes a circular basin in which the internal bottom is dented in a tray shape; a center cage rotating by being connected to the central lower part of a bridge; and a diffusion part capable of diffusing discharged sludge around the discharge hole of a central pillar pipe. The diffusion part comprises a rotary inlet part(1), a cap(2), and an inducement disk. The rotary inlet part comprises a first cylinder part; a diffusion plate installed in the center; a first peaked hat part which is narrow in the upper side and wide in the lower side and is formed in the lower part of the first cylinder part; a second cylinder part formed in the lower part of the first peaked hat part; a second peaked hat part formed in the lower part of the second cylinder part; and a slit plate formed in the inner periphery of the second peaked hat. The cap comprises a diffusion disk and a covering plate. The cap fixes the rotary inlet part to the outer surface of the center cage. The covering plate is formed in a peaked hat which is narrow in the upper side and wide in the lower side in a shape covering the upper end of the diffusion disk, and the inner periphery of the upper end is close to the center pillar pipe. The inducement disk is inclined in the inner upper end of the cylindrical basin in the direction toward the inside.
