PURPOSE: A capacitor, a resistance inserted varactor, and a millimeter wave voltage controlling oscillator using thereof are provided to insert large resistance between a source of a MOS transistor varactor and a drain, and a body, respectively, thereby reduce the minimum capacitor of the varactor. CONSTITUTION: A varactor comprises the first resistance inserted between a source of a MOS transistor and a drain. The varactor comprises the second resistance inserted into a body part. The varactor comprises a capacitor inserted between a gate and the source. The first resistance and the second resistance have large resistance values. The first resistance inserted in the varactor, the second resistance, and the capacitor can be inserted through a CMOS process. |
