PURPOSE: A vacuum insulation material, a manufacturing method, and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of the degree of vacuum with a metal film covering material, and to prevent the spreading of leak heat into the metal film covering material. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulation material(1) comprises covering materials(2,3) and an insulation core(4). Two covering materials are composed of a metal film. The insulation core is arranged in a central part between the two covering materials.
