PURPOSE: A system and a method for sharing multimedia contents among devices on a clouding network are provided to play desired contents in a specified device by sharing the contents for the specified device on the clouding network. CONSTITUTION: A web server(201) controls access of a first device and a cloud server(105). A cloud control unit(203) controls networking between devices registered in the cloud server and a content server which is accessed to the cloud server. A device management unit(205) manages information for the devices and a first device. A context recognition management unit(207) manages context information for the first device and the devices.
