PURPOSE: A material filling and first pressing board ejecting apparatus for a vermiculite board manufacturing apparatus is provided to uniformly filling a mixed vermiculite material inside a mold formed with a horizontal arrangement method, thereby resolving the problem of a partial strength deviation on the manufactured vermiculite board. CONSTITUTION: A material filling and first pressing board ejecting apparatus for a vermiculite board manufacturing apparatus includes a supporting plate(42), a border iron(11), a first partition, a second partition, an extension member(15), a material feeding frame, and an air cylinder(20). The supporting plate is horizontally collinear with the upper surface of a mold(41) assembled with a press on a frame(1). Bilaterally symmetric sliders(14) are fixed to the rectangular border iron. The sliders are assembled with rails horizontally fixed to the upper surface of the frame. The first partition is longitudinally fixed inside the border iron, and the second partitions are transversely fixed inside the border iron. The extension members are fixed to front of the border iron. The material feeding frame comprises first pressing board push members. A reinforcing iron(16) is formed at the front of the push member having a slot(18) for horizontally adjusting the position of the push member. The slot is fixed to the extension member with bolts. The air cylinder has a bracket(19) fixed to the rear of the border iron, and a piston rod(21) fixed with a pin(22). The air cylinder is fixed on an auxiliary frame adjacent to the frame, and moves the material feeding frame back and forth. |
