PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery system of a dish washer is provided to preheat water by a heat exchange of the hot air for drying dishes with washing water including the water for rinsing and for dish washing, thereby saving energy consumed for the preparation of hot water. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery system of a dish washer(100) comprises a drying space(30). The air supplied to the drying space of the dish washer is preheated by the heat exchange with waste heat flowed from the outside through an pipe(33) extended from the dish feeding entrance and radiated from a washing and rinsing space of the dish washer and then heated by a supplementary heater(34) installed in the drying space. The pipe is formed inside with multiple baffles(35) forming the flow of air into the zigzag. A pin is formed on the wall of the pipe or the baffles. The air supplied to the drying space is additionally preheated by a heat exchange with washing or/and rinsing water discharged from the dish washer. |
