PURPOSE: An insulation box for an ultralow liquid cargo hold and a construction method thereof are provided to provide high quality of products and to simplify maintenance. CONSTITUTION: An insulation box for an ultralow liquid cargo hold comprises multiple insulation boxes(10), a thin film type intermediate member(20), and gel-type ultralow temperature resins(30). The insulation boxes are arranged in an inner hull. The intermediate member is fixed on the surface of the insulation boxes. The ultralow temperature resins are spread into the shape of a ring on the intermediate member at a regular interval.
