A manufacturing method of a flexible display is provided to facilitate separation between a completed glass substrate and a flexible display adhered to the glass substrate by performing a separation process for injecting a medicinal liquid to an adhesive layer interposed between the glass substrate and the flexible display. An adhesive layer(320) is formed on a glass substrate(310). A flexible substrate(400) is formed on the adhesive layer. A medicinal liquid(450) is injected to the adhesive layer to reduce viscosity of an interface between the flexible substrate and the adhesive layer, and thus the flexible substrate is separated from the glass substrate. The medicinal liquid is any one of acetone, NMP(N-methylpyrrolidone), and a solvent. |
