PURPOSE: A moonpool flap control system for an offshore structure is provided to prevent the excessive inflow of working fluid for controlling a flap of a moonpool at an offshore structure and to reduce the control time of the flap. CONSTITUTION: A moonpool flap control system for an offshore structure comprises a hydraulic line(110), an operation control valve(120), and a flow rate control valve(130). The hydraulic line supplies and discharges working fluid to/from a lower locking actuator and an upper locking actuator. The operation control valve is installed in the hydraulic line and supplies the working fluid for operating the lower locking actuator and the upper locking actuator. The flow rate control valve is installed in the front end of the operation control valve in the hydraulic line and controls the flow rate of the working fluid supplied to the operation control valve. |
