PURPOSE: An implant having an inclined screw hole is provided to secure durability and simple operation without deteriorating esthetic appearance. CONSTITUTION: An implant for a sloped alveolar bone includes a fixture(21) formed in a fixing hole sloped to a dental root axis and inserted into an alveolar bone, an abutment(22) having a combination hole connected to the fixing hole, and a fixing screw for holding the abutment to the fixture and coupling the fixing hole with the combination hole. The abutment is a cement type abutment using crown as adhesive.
