PURPOSE: An automatic seeding apparatus is provided to offer an automatic process of seeding and watering. CONSTITUTION: An automatic seeding apparatus comprises; an assembly(10) for transferring a seedling plate(20), a bed soil supply hopper(30) which transfers the seedling plate, a seedling machine(50) which is equipped with saw-toothed wheels for transferring the seedling plate, a covering soil supply hopper(60) which comprises saw-toothed wheels, and a water supply device(70) which comprises several nozzles.
