PURPOSE: A self-propelled auxiliary arm facility for a live wire operation on a distribution line is provided to improve speed and efficiency by simply moving an auxiliary arm attached at an electric pole in a vertical direction by only using an impact wrench in a live wire bucket truck. CONSTITUTION: An equipment body(110) is fixed at an electric pole(100) with a clamp(111). The equipment body vertically and movably supports a perpendicular insulating arm(120a) of an auxiliary arm. An auxiliary arm lifting part is mounted inside the equipment body. The auxiliary arm lifting part moves the perpendicular insulating arm of the auxiliary arm in a vertical direction by winding or releasing a lifting belt(122). A power delivering part delivers the power of an impact wrench(200) to the lifting part of the auxiliary arm.
