PURPOSE: An arctic ship with a heat pump system is provided to efficiently use waste heat by using a heat pump system adding a waste heat recovery circuit to a refrigerant circulating system. CONSTITUTION: An arctic ship with a heat pump system comprises a waste heat recovery circuit(100). The waste heat recovery circuit comprises cooling water, a cooling water line(110), a cooling water pump(120), and a heat exchange(130). The cooling water absorbs waste heat from refrigerant flowing in a condenser while passing through the condenser. The cooling water pump circulates the cooling water through the cooling water line. The heat exchanger absorbs heat from the cooling water circulated by the cooling water pump and transfers the heat to the outside of the waste heat recovery circuit.
