PURPOSE: A speaker voice DB(DataBase) management method and a system thereof are provided to effectively collect a voice of a suspect by collecting and managing the voice of the suspect received from portable terminals. CONSTITUTION: A speaker comparing module(340) extracts voice data from communication data and confirms a suspect corresponding to the voice data by comparing the voice data with other voice data stored in a DB server.
