PURPOSE: An actuator is provided to open a passage by moving a disc regardless of the sticking of the disc and a seat because the moving speed and force of a piston are increased. CONSTITUTION: An actuator comprises a cylinder(100), a valve(200), and a disc spring(300). The cylinder comprises a piston(150), and a piston rod(160). The piston is arranged inside a tube(110). A head cover is put on the top of the tube, and a rod cover(130) is arranged at the bottom thereof. The piston is vertically moved by compressive air supplied by a port(140). The valve comprises a valve disc(220). The valve disc is attached to or separated from a valve seat(230) installed in a fluid passage to open or close the passage. The disc spring elastically supports the piston descending right before the valve disc is attached to the valve seat so that the moving speed of the piston can be reduced. |
