PURPOSE: A construction material using industrial waste and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to recycle environmental pollution sources and to manufacture environment-friendly products by producing various construction materials with the industrial waste. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a construction material using industrial waste comprises the following steps. Waste is pulverized to provide 30 to 60 wt% of the waste based on a total weight of the industrial waste(10). 30 to 50 wt% of at least one selected from the group consisting of PE(PolyEthylene), PP(PolyPropylene), vinyl waste, and RPF(Refuse Plastic Fuel) (a waste solid material) based on a total weight of the industrial waste is provided by pulverizing and melting at a temperature of 230>= in an extruder(20). 10 to 20 wt% of at least one selected from the group consisting of a mixture of the waste and construction waste, iron oxide, and red clay based on a total weight of the industrial waste is provided to and mixed in a mixer(30). The mixture and other materials are provided to the extruder and extruded(40). An extrudate after second extrusion is provided to a press to be press-molded(60).
