PURPOSE: An automatic shutdown type gas saving device for a welding machine is provided to automatically block the supply of the gas and oxygen in case of an abnormal supply of gas and oxygen and to identify through the naked eyes the state of the supply pressure of the gas and oxygen of a flame used for welding. CONSTITUTION: An automatic shutdown type gas saving device for a welding machine comprises an oxygen supply line and a connection block. The oxygen supply line includes an oxygen needle valve(21), an oxygen solenoid valve and an oxygen transfer pipe. An oxygen display unit(32) and a gas display unit(52) are installed on the front side of a housing(11). The oxygen display unit has an oxygen setting section(31) indicating the pressurized state of the supplied oxygen.
