PURPOSE: A distributed type battery management system including a communication error controlling function is provided to attenuate a noise generated in a cell circuit module by arranging a first and second connection unit in the cell circuit module of the battery management system and structure to attenuate the noise generated by a communication between the cell circuit modules, thereby implementing a minute output control. CONSTITUTION: A distributed type battery management system including a communication error controlling function comprises a plurality of cell modules(10) in which a plurality of cells(12) connected in serial or parallel is gathered; a plurality of cell circuit modules(20) in which the status information of each cell module, which is interconnected in a Daisy Chain method and consecutively sends and accumulates the status information of the cell module collected in an upper cell circuit module to a sub cell circuit module, is transmitted to a battery management unit(30); a battery management unit transmitting the status information of the cell or the cell module collected from a plurality of cell circuit module; and a controlling unit(40) for controlling the control of the battery management unit and the output of the cell module.
