PURPOSE: An electrochemical device is provided to prevent the deformation of a current collector and to prevent the penetration of a generating element, thereby obtaining high impact resistance and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical device comprises a generating element(10) with an electrode with active material layer on the surface of a metal thin film, which has a generating element main body and an electrode part installed at the end of the generating element main body; a container(20) accommodating the generating element(20); a current collector(24A) connected to the electrode part of the generating element; and a displacement regulation element(30) which has pushing parts(31,37) arranged between the inner sides of the container.
