PURPOSE: A nano porous film, a manufacturing method thereof and a nanofiltration membrane for water treatment using the same are provided to have excellent water treatment capability while generally having strong strength and to improve a contamination problem caused by an organic compound, which is the biggest problem of a reverse osmosis membrane and an existing water treatment film, through the effect of hydrophilic surface treatment having an excellent anti-contamination property. CONSTITUTION: A nano porous film includes a step of preparing an amphipathic block copolymer, a step of blending the amphipathic block copolymer and a hydrophilic homopolymer, and a step of forming nano pores by selectively removing the hydrophilic homopolymer in a blend. The amphipathic block copolymer is the copolymer of more than one hydrophobic polymer selected in a group consisting of PE, PP, PS, polyalkyl(meta)acrylate and polyester and more than one hydrophilic polymer selected in a group of consisting of PEO, PPO, PEG, PAA and PVA. The hydrophobic polymer and hydrophilic polymer compose the amphipathic block copolymer in the weight ratio of 80:20 to 20:80.
