PURPOSE: A food waste container with a temperature control function is provided to increase the recycled rate of food waste by preventing the decomposition and freezing of the food waste with a refrigerating device and a heater. CONSTITUTION: A food waste container with a temperature control function comprises a container(20), a cover(50), an evaporating tube(110), a refrigerating device(100), a controller(180), and a backflow preventing unit. The container has an inlet and a receiving chamber. The evaporating tube is mounted on the container to refrigerate food water stored in the receiving space. The refrigerating device comprises a compressor, a condenser, and an expansion valve. The controller controls the operation of the refrigerating device. The backflow preventing unit prevents the backflow of oil from the compressor to the evaporating tube.
