MOTION DRIVER OF MULTIPLE LINK STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A motion driver with a multistage link structure is provided to obtain a structure where program recycling is guaranteed in order to be suitable for a multi-axis driving system. CONSTITUTION: A motion driver with a multistage link structure comprises a motion base(402) and a motion plate(401). The motion base is interconnected with a frame which is divided into multiple frames. The motion plate is connected to multiple independent axis driving parts.
