PURPOSE: A server system for managing shipbuilding provider relations and a method thereof are provided to implement successful cooperation for shipbuilding by establishing and executing a customized level enhancement strategy of each partner. CONSTITUTION: A basic information management unit(110) manages basic information about the diagnosis of a partner and basic information related to ship materials by generating list information about sourcing groups, definition information about the groups, partner information, and item information. A procurement feature analyzing unit(120) analyzes a procurement feature of each sourcing group. A partner level diagnosing unit(130) diagnose a level of the partner. A strategy managing unit(140) manages a customized procurement strategy for the partner based on the analysis result and the diagnosis result.
