PURPOSE: A wireless charge and communication with wireless communication devices in a communication system is provided to charge a mobile phone according to a wireless charging protocol in a charging arrangement state. CONSTITUTION: A laptop constructs a communication protocol with a sensed neighbor mobile phone(1404,1406). When a user interface of the mobile phone is unlocked through a password, the laptop releases one or more parts of the user interface in the laptop for including restricted access and requests the password for access to the mobile phone(1414-1418). The laptop releases a lock state of the user interface according to the password and charges the mobile phone by synchronizing a function of the mobile phone(1420-1426).
