PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a driving method thereof are provided to improve reliability by preventing a display fault due to flickering. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(1) comprises multiple pixel domains. A power supply part(4) supplies first and second power signals to the power lines of the display panel. A clock conversion generating part(7) varies a driving frequency by the image display mode or the standby mode of the display panel and convertibly generates at least one pulse width of a synchronous signal corresponding to the varied driving frequency.
