PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to prevent malfunction with a simple circuit configuration by improving the semiconductor device becomes complicated by existing multiple power sources. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a first power device(Q1) having a second terminal, a first terminal, and a control terminal. The semiconductor device comprises a second power device(Q2) connected to the first power device with a totem pole. The semiconductor device comprises a first driving circuit(1) for driving the first power device according to a first input signal and having high and low pressure terminals connected to a power source. The semiconductor device comprises a second driving circuit(2) for driving the second power device according to a second input signal. The semiconductor device comprises a resistance(R1) including one end connected to the second terminal of the first power device and the other end connected to the low pressure terminal of the first driving circuit. The semiconductor device comprises a switching device(Q3) connected between the high pressure terminal of the first driving circuit and one end of the resistance for turning on and off according to the first input signal or the second input signal. The first driving circuit turns off the first power device by supplying the voltage of the low pressure terminal to the control terminal of the first power device when the first input signal is an off signal. The switching device is turned on when the first input signal is an off signal or the second input signal is an on signal.
