PURPOSE: An antibody which is specifically bonded to epitope within SEMA domain of c-Met is provided to efficiently prevent or treat cancer. CONSTITUTION: An antibody which is specifically bonded to epitope within SEMA domain of c-Met is indicated as amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. An epitope is a polypeptide having amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 or sequence number 3.
