PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-absorbing exothermic patch sheet which can absorb a body fluid discharged from a body, while promoting discharge of the body fluid containing waste matter outside the body, and which is good in a feeling of use. SOLUTION: An exothermic composition containing a metal salt which dissolves in water and generates heat is enclosed in a bag body having body fluid permeability. The water-absorbing exothermic patch sheet thus constituted includes an adhesive layer for pasting the sheet on the body and heat is generated by absorption of the body fluid discharged from the body.
