PURPOSE: A virtual reality system for a theater and a method for inputting an event signal of the virtual reality system are provided to reduce input errors by enabling a user to watch an image in a display device and input the event signal by visual synchronization with the image. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(4) inputs an event signal to a memory unit(3). A control unit(5) compares the showing elapsed time of the image with the elapsed time of the event signal. If the showing elapsed time of the image is equal to the elapsed time of the event signal, a corresponding event signal is transmitted to a motion simulator(2). The motion simulator generates an event corresponding to the transmitted event signal. |
