PURPOSE: A torque sensor spring assembly for a vehicle steering device is provided to improve durability by maintaining constant spring repulsive power and tension, to prevent damage to parts due to the collision of the parts, and to enable precise and accurate torque sensing. CONSTITUTION: A torque sensor spring assembly for a vehicle steering device comprises a column housing(10), a torque sensor body(20), and a first spring member(31). The column housing has a housing space(S) inside thereof and a spare groove(11) in one side thereof. The torque sensor body is installed in the housing space and is connected to a steering shaft(1) to laterally rotate with the steering shaft at a predetermined steering angle. The first spring member is installed in one side of the torque sensor body and is inserted in the spare groove. In order to return the torque sensor body at a right position when the torque sensor body rotates in one direction, the first spring member is contacted to a side wall(11a) of the spare groove to apply restoring force in a direction escaping from the side wall of the spare groove. |
