PURPOSE: A jar with a temperature control function is provided to optimally manage fermentation maturation of various kinds of food by controlling the temperature, to store food for the long term, and to be easily used in an apartment veranda. CONSTITUTION: A jar(10) with a temperature control function comprises an inner side jar(20), an outer side jar, a lid(40), a freezing device, a controller(180), and a backflow prevention member. The freezing device comprises an evaporation tube(110), a compressor(120), a condenser, and an expansion valve. The condenser is mounted to surround the circumference of the inner side jar. The backflow prevention member prevents the backflow of oil to an evaporation tube from the compressor when the outer side jar is inclined over a certain angle.
