PURPOSE: A cooling control method of a vehicle voltage battery is provided to prevent a temperature increase of a high voltage battery by moderate control, thereby increasing the stability of the high voltage battery. CONSTITUTION: A cooling control method of a vehicle voltage battery comprises a conversion condition determining step(S100) determining whether the temperature of the high voltage battery satisfies a specific inner conversion requirement condition; and a compulsory indoor air conversion step converting the vehicle to an indoor air mode when satisfying the specific inner conversion requirement condition. The inner conversion requirement condition is such that the temperature of the indoor air is higher than the temperature of the high voltage battery; the velocity of the vehicle is 0; and the temperature of the high voltage battery is higher than the standard temperature which can normally operate the high voltage battery.
