POLYGONAL TYPE GUIDE WITH HEAVY LOAD AND HIGH PRECISION

PURPOSE: A polygonal guide including high precision and a heavy load is provided to obtain high durability by receiving balls in ball receiving grooves which are regularly formed on each surface of an integrated ball cage. CONSTITUTION: A polygonal ball cage(12) includes a plurality of ball receiving grooves on each surface thereof. The upper diameter of the ball receiving groove is larger than the diameter of a ball to roll the ball. A housing(13) includes a polygonal through hole to insert and combine the polygonal ball cage. A guide post(11) is inserted into and combined with the polygonal ball cage and linearly reciprocates by the rolling movement of the ball.
