PURPOSE: Automatic power supplying and blocking methods are provided to prevent start inability by automatically blocking power supply to various sensors. CONSTITUTION: A regular power source is connected when a key on signal is generated. The power source supplies power to an infrared light transmitting device. Whether a CPU hold signal is generated from an infrared light transmission controller(12) in a key off state is determined. The regular power source is connected when the CPU hold signal is generated. The regular power source is blocked in a key off state and a CPU hold off state.
