The kiln has a cooking cavity formed in a body. A vapor generator produces vapor to be diffused in the cooking cavity. A water filling box (16) supplies water to the vapor generator by a hydraulic circuit. A guiding support (20) guides the box mounted on a structure of the kiln. The box comprises a slide (38) sliding inside a guide rail (36) of the guiding support and placed inside the body of the kiln in any position of the box during displacement of the box with respect to an external face of the kiln.
