PURPOSE: A biosensor using a field effect transistor is provided to attach a biomaterial layer to a floating gate of the field effect transistor, thereby obtaining a biosensor with a stable structure. CONSTITUTION: A bio sensor comprises a substrate(100), a source(101), a drain(102), a floating gate(105), a control gate(106), and a biomaterial layer(107). The source and drain are spaced from each other while a channel is interposed between the same. The floating gate and control gate are insulated from the channel by an insulating layer. The biomaterial layer is formed on the floating gate.
