PURPOSE: A flat panel display device is provided to stabilize a main clock by reducing the deviation of driving voltage applied to an oscillation circuit. CONSTITUTION: A driver IC(22) comprises a first stabilization amplifier(36). The first stabilization amplifier stabilizes inputted drive voltage. An FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(26) comprises a capacitor(C) connected to the output terminal of the first stabilization amplifier. Voltage applied to the FPCB is inputted to the first stabilization amplifier through a FOG bonding resistance and a COG bonding resistance. The stabilized drive voltage is connected and fixed to the capacitor of the FPCB through the COG bonding resistance and the FOG bonding resistance. The drive voltage fixed at the capacitor is supplied to a MIPI receiver(28) and an oscillator circuit(30) through the COG bonding resistance and the FOG bonding resistance.
