PURPOSE: A medical plant extract is provided to extract medical plants with excellent effect in thrombolysis which strengthens Qi(vital energy) of females and assists circulation of blood and to manufacture rice or noodle using this extract. CONSTITUTION: Mix dried ginseng angelica gigas 6 g, Cnidii Rhizoma 6 g, Paeonia japonica 6 g and Rehmanniae Radix Preparata 6 g with water 250cc. Dip mixed medicinal plant in water for 2 hours in order to let component contained in a medical plant come out. Let water that component contained in the medicinal plant came out by heating about four hours with weak fire to be 200cc of medicinal herb water. Obtain medical plant extract by rescuing and compressing medical plant which finished heat process. Cook rice by boiling for 15 minutes after putting cleanly washed white rice 200g, jujube and putting bank and pine-nuts or sword bean on upper side of white rice into medical plant extract. Make noodle by using medical plant extract after kneading wheat flour.
