MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC COMPONENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A laminated ceramic electronic component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing process without heat-treating a reducing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: Inner electrodes(31,32) are laminated inside a ceramic body(10). The inner electrode comprises a first conductive oxide. Outer electrodes(21a,22a) are formed at the outside of the ceramic body. The outer electrode comprises a second conductive oxide. The first and second conductive oxides are formed with an indium-tin oxide or a ruthenium oxide.
