<p>A method of manufacturing a microstructure which includes a functional material sensitive to heat, has sufficient hardness, and can minimize the loss of the functional material is provided. The method of manufacturing a microstructure includes coating a first viscous material on a first planar substrate and drying the material to form a bottom layer, spotting a viscous composition in a plurality of spots spaced apart from each other on the bottom layer, contacting a second planar substrate with the spotted viscous composition, relatively moving the second substrate with respect to the first substrate, elongating the viscous composition, solidifying the elongated viscous composition, and cutting the solidified viscous composition.</p> |
