摘要 PURPOSE: A DNA marker containing SNP of primary microRNA is provided to enhance muscle fiber type I in pork muscle fiber and to increase pH concentration. CONSTITUTION: A DNA marker for detecting increase of pork meat quality contains 15-600 serial sequences including 495th base, C, in sequence number 1. A primer for detecting meat quality increase-associated SNP in a pork microRNA-133b precursor contains an oligonucleotide of sequences 3 and 4. A kit for SNP analysis contains HphI which is a restriction enzyme for analyzing RFLP, the primer, and PCR reaction mixture.
