PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of a conjugated diene is provided to prevent the duct of a condenser from being clogged due to heavy byproducts by spraying organic solvent to a reaction product. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of a conjugated diene comprises a step of obtaining a reaction product gas with conjugated diene, residual water, and heavy byproducts by oxidative dehydrogenation while allowing a reaction material containing alkene, air, and steam to continuously pass through a catalyst layer; and a step of spraying organic solvent and removing water and heavy byproducts in the reaction product.
