<p>The method involves manufacturing a multilayer element (1) by connecting edges of a skin with edges of a substrate of the element and by providing a foam layer that is encapsulated by the skin and the substrate, where the element is provided with a junction line e.g. weld line. The element is positioned in a mold cavity, and a fluid material is injected in the cavity to overmold the element in an insert (2), where the junction line is covered by the fluid material during the injection of the material for masking the junction line by the insert.</p> |
