PURPOSE: A winding paper pipe and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to reduce a fraction defective by preventing slip when winding toilet paper, vinyl, and wrap, and to reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the used amount of adhesives and paper. CONSTITUTION: A winding paper pipe comprises a core part(10) and an outer skin part(20). Paper is cylindrically wound on the core part. The outer skin part is attached to the exterior of the core part by an adhesive, and has a frictional part(21) to prevent the slip of the wound object. The outer skin part is thinner than the thickness of the core part, and is wound on the core part in a single layer. The frictional part is embossing(21a) protruding outward from the outer skin part. |
