PURPOSE: A rotary grout material vibration injecting device with an efficient discharge structure of a particle type grout material is provided to enable smooth discharge by maintaining the pulse of a grout material and to easily control the pulse generation period. CONSTITUTION: A rotary grout material vibration injecting device(1) with an efficient discharge structure of a particle type grout material comprises a case member(10), a fixing cam(20), a rotary cam(30), and a motor connection shaft(40). The grout material supplied to an inlet unit is discharged to an outlet unit(102) through the rotary cam and the fixing cam. A plurality of supply units(21) is formed on the fixing cam, and a plurality of connection units(31) is formed on the rotary cam. The rotary cam rotates according to the rotation of the motor connection shaft, and the connection units are connected by being located to a straight line of the inlet unit.
