PURPOSE: An axle shaft device equipped with an in-wheel motor for electric vehicles is provided to be easily assembled and disassembled by connecting the axle shaft at the front, and use an existing wheel as the wheel is. CONSTITUTION: An axle shaft device equipped with an in-wheel motor for electric vehicles comprises a motor(1), a power transmission shaft(16), a first gear(14), a second gear(17), a third gear(17), a fourth gear(10), a cover(19), a hub(8), an axle shaft(11), and a hub bearing(13). The motor is coupled to a knuckle(2). The power transmission shaft is installed to be integrated. The first gear is installed in the end of the power transmission shaft. The second gear is connected to the first gear and operates for single-shift deceleration. The third gear is connected to the second gear and operates for double-shift deceleration. The fourth gear is connected to the third gear and operates for three-shift deceleration. The cover protects a decelerator consisting of gears. The hub is connected by the fourth gear and bolts(7). The axle shaft is installed by using the hub and nuts(4). The hub bearing is installed between the axle shaft and the knuckle. |
